Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Upward Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms. We provide deep extraction cleaning and medical-grade sanitization for upholstery, mattresses, and rugs within Singapore.

2. The Zero-Residue Guarantee

We stand by our Zero-Residue Guarantee. If you experience chemical stiffness or residue after our service dries, we will return to perform an additional clean-water rinse at no charge. We use specialized enzyme cleaners and medical-grade sanitizers designed to be 100% safe for pets and babies.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to serve other Singaporean households waiting for appointments.

4. Liabilities & Pre-existing Damage

Our hot water extraction is highly effective, however, certain permanent stains (e.g., old bleach stains, certain dyes) cannot be reversed. We will inspect your items prior to cleaning and advise you of expected results.
